Okay so you want to get to 65 defence and around 70 strength to optimise any training but until then use this:

Helm: Neizinot
Necklace: Amulet of Fury
Chestplate: Granite but dragon at 60 and bandos after 65
Plate Legs: Granite but dragon at 60 and bandos tassets at 65
Boots: Just use any but if u can get your defence up then you can use steadfasts i think.
Shield: Use a granite shield until 60 then if you have done legends quest then use dragon sq and then after u get a combined str and att lvl of 130 go to warriors guild and get dragon defenders.
Weapon: For training attack or defence use a whip and for training strength use a saradomin sword.

Locations: At your level you probably want to go to the giant spiders underneath the barbarian village and then when you get a high prayer and defence then go to armoured zombies after the curse of arrav quest

PM me with any questions and good luck on getting your goals.

Note: The bandos gear setup is quite expensive so if you want to minimise costs then use Dharoks but it requires repairing as it degrades which can cost more in long term than buying non degradable armour such as bandos
