Codename: DAFTS D igital A coustic F irearm T echnology S uppresor

It uses digital noise cancellation to distort and mask as well as greatly quite the sound FAR better than a regular suppressor on ARs. It "listens and processes" the sound and produces an opposite frequency that counters the sound. Due to computing limits, it can only process 5-7 shots and be able to "silence" them. Any more and it will become louder. 3 Round burst is recommended. Still in development until a better CPU can be put into such a small space.

A LOT of thought went into this (especially) the acronym! lol

feedback would be AWESOME.

I'm sure treyarch has done research. After all, they are trying their best to make a "realistic futuristic game that is successful"

They know what they are doing, they are taking a big risk by going to the future, they have studied a lot to get to where they are.

By 2025 you would definitely be able fit a small enough chip in there for it to work just fine, jut saying

That's a lie.
We had a "silencer" in WWII, we don't have a chip now

Halo, you got a point. However silencers in WW2 were not great. They have got better so technically speaking if innovated correctly we should/ could have a chip for that.

I know the military has nothing like this now, but if your look at Moore's law. It says that computing power doubles every two years and the chip will shrink along with it. While i think its a stupid idea, im just stating a fact because then his idea would be complete.

EDIT: how is that a lie in the first place?

LOL thanks for the input you guys! I just said it should do not that many shots for somewhat balancing purposes and im annoyed by games that make "suppressors" silent whisper farts on a 50cal.
