He isn't the only person who can mod, but he is one of the only people who don't create mediocre mods like these. He is one of the few that use the Source Engine to its full potential, not hosting lobbies with just a few cvars changed, containing a bunch of people with god mode noclipping around.

Just because a comment is negative, doesn't make it invalid. Also, saying you have your own mods after a tool has been released, doesn't mean anything.
