Nice Find, ive been looking into this for awhile now, I remembered about the Fallout 3 and New Vegas Tools that converted PC Mods to 360, I got PC Mods to work for XB360 Oblivion back in 2009, but have'nt gotten anything to work for Skyrim yet.

Well I found out that this is just the absolute newest update , it also adds Combat on horses and some other things , this is the update that will go along with DawnGaurd from everything I have been reading. I have had a couple people say they were already running ESP mods , but they never worked for me on Skyrim and I have been able to do it on every other similar game on the 360 , so it seems to me like they didn't activate the Add-Ons menu until 1.6.90 was released, and now mods should work just like they used too.
I will have a mod to release soon, I already have the basics laid out for it, I just need to add more to it... It's a hideout in Riverwood , I will be more creative next time , I chose Riverwood because it's near the beginning of the game
