People are saying yes you can and no you cannot. I want to know from somebody who has done it, if its possible. Thank you. XBOX360 btw

i just got back to karkland license transferred and my friend didnt lose it so yes you can

Premium is a 114kb download, it'll let you into the service I bet if you license transfer it.

I've licensed transfer online passes and they allow access to games, so I think premium won't be any different.

Technically you've downloaded CQ in update 3, but you'll need an unlock key to get to it.
