If I miss any out post them below and I will add them.

Well it seems that the "YouTube Partnership Program" is pretty much doomed and so I thought I would make a list of networks that are relatively easy to get into if you have a decent channel.

1. Machinima - Okay a lot of you know about Machinima and know that they are very big, and I am guessing a lot of you also know that it is kind of hard to get into. I am here to say it's honestly not that hard. I myself do have a channel that got recruited by Machinima. I would recommend having around a total of 30ish videos and around 1500 views on each video (with vagex that should be no problem) And I have seen a couple of Machinima partners with as low as 700 subs so the standards on Machinima are pretty good, and I have read there contract (Just to clarify) They pay $2 per 1000 ad supported views. Here is there channel link: machinima - YouTube Here is a link to there help desk: Helpdesk and here is a list of there email contacts to contact them about a contract I personally emailed shibby his email it in there and he replied to me in about 24 hours.
Email List:
Rishi @ machinima.com (US/Worldwide)
Shibby2142 @ machinima.com (US/WorldWide)
Ken.Burton @ machinima.com (UK, and other European Countries)
Champ.Chong @ machinima.com (Australia/New Zealand/Pacific Islands)
Eduardo.Benvenuti @ machinima.com (Brazil/Portugal/Latin America)
Ahmed.Alnasheet @ machinima.com (Middle East)
Guillermo.Diaz @ machinima.com (Spain)

2. Yeousch - Yeousch is relatively small but they are growing very fast with a lot of the other networks on youtube. I have also been recruited with Yeousch it is pretty simple they have requirements (I will list them below) and if you meet them then you will probably get in, unlike any other networks they just say straight out what you need instead of saying "Well it depends on your content etc.
Here are there requirements:
Requirements:1.Your channel must have at least 1,500 subscribers.
2.Your channel must have at least 75,000 upload views.
3.Your channel must NOT have any copyright infringement strikes.
Please only fill out the application if meet the requirements.

Here is a link to there website: Yeousch - Media Entertainment & Community | YouTube, Gaming, Sports & Entertainment
And here is the link the apply for a partnership with them ( I would recommend being active on there website as it will help your chances of being accepted): [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

3. Vexon Network - Vexon is kind of a small and crappy network, but they get the job done. Vexon was created around 3 or 4 months ago, so I thought okay cool they look like a decent network so I went ahead and contacted one of there recruiters and then I got a contract with them and to this day I still have not gotten my partnership but other people have but I honestly don't really care. Vexon is one of those networks that say they base there applications on peoples "Content" but I think it is just about views with them.
Here is a link to there website: VexonTV I don't remember who I contacted to find out where to get the partnership from but there content managers channel is here you could try contacting him or watching one of his videos: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

4. TGN (The Gaming Network) - I have personally gotten accepted into TGN but I know a couple of people on this forum have, and I have seen some channels that have as low as 100 subscribers be apart of TGN so I am assuming it is pretty simple to get accepted into them but I am not completely sure.

5. Yazurs Network - Yazurs was started short after Vexon and they are small and most likely always will be, I don't know there exact requirements, but I do know that they are small considering they only have around 4000 subscribers themselves.

6. XboxMB (Xbox Message Board) - Well I am not to familiar with XboxMB's network but they seem pretty promising as they have a nice channel going and a pretty big community, they don't really post any specifics about what the requirements are for being a partner with them, but it seems pretty simple as they just ask you questions for ex: "Are your videos HD?" so I don't think it should be that hard to get in.

7. DaWorldNetwork - DaworldNetword seems pretty good, I have seen them being advertised on this forum so I took a look into them and they set there requirements really low so it should be easy for anyone to get it! here is a list of there channel requirements.
Subscribers: 200+
Average views per day: 300+
Good channel design (Background, layout, video info/titles)
Active channel No one video a day and then no videos for a week
Dedication put your heart and soul into making YouTube videos

8. Vultra Network - Vultra was started by the founder of Vexon because he left for no reason that I am aware of (It was probably about money but I don't know), anyways they are pretty new and small, but there requirements are kind of big for such a small network that can't meet them there selves.
Requirements:

1) 1,000+ Daily Views according to SocialBlade.
2) No copyrighted content (must have written permission to use content such as music).
3) Account must be over 1 month old.
4) No Copyright strikes against you.

You're wrong on your information about Vultra. The CEO left because David, the current CEO of Vexon is a known scammer.

Our requirements are 750 views/day as well, not 1k

Also, XMB is a forum site similar to TTG, as far as I know, they have no access to a CMS account to partner other youtubers.
