I keep hearing mixed reports about him and I can't decide if he's good or not . I have a hybrid squad with Luiz and Cheillini in the back and currently have Steklenburg but he was as a dead link with Luiz so should I trade him for Cesar ? please respond .

Serie A= Steklenburg or Buffon

cesar is absoulutely awful. wouldnt even put him in net if he cost 300 coins....
however if you can afford the IF then yeah

I don't know with Cesar hes sometimes awesome but then MOST times he just concedes the WORST goals ever which is so annoying

He is not that bad, If you get 9 chem with stekeleburg than there is no point but IDK

If you set him as captain it makes him play better thats all I know I always have him as a GK for my brazil and Serie A team he blocks everything for me but when I play against someone with Julio he concedes the worst goals I guess it depends on formation or something.

Sweaty Cb's The best Serie A keeper for cheap is either Stek or Buffon, best Brasil is IF Helton, defo worth the buy if you have the extra coins, much better than Cesar.
