Try downloading the pinnacle driver

Make sure you have everything plugged in correctly cause sometimes it can be easy to mix up the yellow and white on the A/V cable
I just got it off of ebay today and it didnt comes with the key so i downloaded the correct driver and everything and it has not been working yet....

You cannot have an HDMI cable in while the HD/a/v cords are in?

I have a feeling this is the problem...do this first, make sure the video cord that plugs into the back of your xbox is on normal and not HD, this is because the HD does not show picture for the yellow, red, and white cords

If this does not work, download the newest pinnacle and dazzle drivers

Please PM me if your problem keeps occurring or if you fix it

Best of luck

Well is the setting on HD? I mistakenly called it an HDMI cable, but you still need it on TV setting.
