I want to mod GTA 4 but with the ISO mods though or anything that i can have mods for online so i can have neon cars and i cant die and spawn cars and all that cool stuff well anyways i want to mod it for online and i dont want to open up my slim is there a way i can do it without opening it and if so can i have a link and i was wondering if anyone knows really good mods for gta 4 online and can i use a USB

Yeah if you look on horizon or look on youtube you'll find multiple tutorials

ummm i rather have something else i dont need infinte ammo that isnt a real mod to me i consider that game saves thats it

Just my opinion it is not worth it at all. Playing modded GTA is fun once in awhile but when you want to play a game with your friends or something you cant, either because they cant kill you, your car flies, or it goes WAY too fast. The only way to play with them is to uninstall the hotswapped game, and than run the disc (if it is not scratched from hot swap attempts), than to go back re hotswapping..
