I was playing it one day and I just heard my xbox messing up and I opened the tray and I had a ring around and tips on how to fix it I havent played it in so long

Go to a store that buffs them out or do the toothpaste/peanut butter trick.

tips do you mean the inside of the disc because anywhere else you can get it buffed and it will work but if the inside is broken you have to get a new disc

get a friends that works download the game then just use yours to play

No matter what, don't use toothpaste. The paste will scratch it even more because of little crystals in the paste itself.

1. Get an unscratched MW3. (borrow from a friend or something.)

2. Install the game to your hard drive.

3. Your scratched disc will work perfectly.

That's what I did, got a scratched disc for $5 and borrowed a friends to install.

go to family video, rent the game, then switch the bad game with the good one. your good to go!
