When you Re-Up do you lose your stats and awards (like executions and mutators) and do you keep your medals and ribbons?

no you keep everything, its not like prestiging in call of duty. All your past achievments(ribbons medals awards etc.) is kept, all you lose is your rank, and you recieve the next re-up
