Torres isn't a new player, it's just an edited version of the original, and with the original player in the database they can edit them.

I'm pretty sure you could edit the player yourself to be black and 99 overall. But because it was on UT I think EA gave him them, because I think it was his birthday when he got them.

Yes they can, they gave Jose Enrique his own IF card a while back.
