I'll be combat 200, just like 80% of the game will be. How does this formula even make sense? is JaGex trying to make it so combat level is in no way representative of how high your combat stats are?

I suppose they want people to feel good about being 'maxed'.

75 Attack + 71 Defence + 2 = 148 Combat
