This kid deserves the money. And rather than suing the school, he should've sued the bullies (or their parents).

F*ck the government and partially dept of ed. I honestly think he can sue here. If the school was more secure, then it would not have had happened. I don't he should sue the city, but sue the school. I mean it's partially the city's fault for not providing the security even though it's the school's security. Very debatable. I hope justice is served. I feel bad for him, but, hell, 16mil is nice. He better win, it's just not fair otherwise.
