right we had to move our router because our internet wasnt working, so know i connect to xbox live via my laptop by sharing its connection, ive tried everything to get an "OPEN" nat but nothing works, ive tried alot of things and nothing has worked, any help??

BTW im on bt and ive disabled windows firewall on my laptop
