Right so i have elite premium on my main and the maps all work on my second acc on my xbox at my mums but the maps will not work on my xbox at my dads any help

You need to update the maps at your Dads House.
Infinity Ward tweaked the maps, with the update on the 19th with the Elite Drops. So, just simply update the older version with the newer ones and they should work perfectly fine.

Or you could just simply purchase the Maps legitimately and just get them Hassle free.
