Move Xbox up stairs and now I cant join any of my friends it says "Unable to join game session" even when my friends try and join me.

1) Restarted internet
2) I have a OPEN net type

1. You could go to your Dashboard and click on "Test Xbox Live Connection".

2. If there is a Playlist Update on Modern Warfare 3, ensure you have went to your Xbox Home and restart your game.

Usually the first method above works for me when I cannot connect to my friend's game.
