Could someone build me a team for 11k

Formation : 4-3-1-2
Level : Silver
League : Any

Forwards must have over 80 pace and 3+ players have 4 star skills.

Look, the fact of the matter is, you're not going to build a good silver team on an 11k budget, the only advice i can give you is try and get another 15-20 k, and buy a silver Russian league team, they're pacey and the RW has 4 star skills and the CB's have 75 and 80 pace, or if you can stretch your budget get a pro league team. that's the best i can offer mate.
