try this it worked for me but its only a temp solouton lasted about 2 months for me

turn xbox on

get a straw or something like it

put it in the holes at the back and stop fan spinning

wait about 5 min and it should overheat and give you 2 red rings

let it cool down unplug power and turn it back on
