If there is anyone that bought MW3 off the xbox live marketplace, I will give you a silver account to transfer the game to that account. No ones account is at risk. Please PM if you do have it and are willing to put it on the silver account.

is the game just scratched? or broken broken.

If its scratched just find a friend that has the game and install it to your XBOX. then you can play wit your scratched disk.

I have MW3 installed all ready, but the way the game must read all the until the multiplayer screen then it stops spinning. My game is scratched so bad that i cant even get to the main menu. thats why i am asking if anyone has it purchased off the xbox live marketplace to just download it straight to my hard drive. No disk required.

That doesn't even work, and you can get banned for life for Marketplace Theft without a warning ban. It happened to me.

I think I will take my chances. I have been banned before. I dont care at this point, I just wanna play the stupid game. But thanks for the warning.
