Ok guys so, i played through the vampire lord side, im dis apointed that NPC's dont sell steel bolts, if you play the dawnguard side, is there an NPC that you can het to either make them for you OR buy them from? Thanks

Okay i have experimented and here are the results PBJ,
1) You can the Aela the huntress from the companions to turn you back into a werewolf. (Only once i think because i tried twice)
2)If you change from vampire lord to werewolf and you earned perks for the vampire skill tree, if change back into a vampire lord later, the perks will still be there.
3) Serona can change you back into a vampire lord if you are a werewolf (Only once I believe, again)

i have bought steel bolts from NPC's and i joined the vampire side, i am going to play the dawnguard side today and let you know

no it is not, yes, you get it as soon as you start

I did the dawnguard side, then Serana turned me into a Vampire before I entered the soul cairn. 1) can I still do the dawnguard questline? 2) if I get cured, can I become a vampire lord again?

1) i'm not sure
2) no, i dont believe you can be turned back into a vampire by the same person twice, maybe if harkan is alive he may be able to but i'm not sure
