I'm asking you to make a logo, for a rapper that I'm really good friends with. Here's the details:

1. Preferabbly 400 by 500
2. Have "Riot On Rated" somewhere in the logo, along with "The Cold"
3. The shield in the picture below, he say's needs to be a little detailed and he want to bulls coming out of it.
