Because to many people whined about how it is impossible to get a head shot off an elite if it is turned around compared to the spartan and the difference in the physical form of elite to spartans. Elites are much bigger then spartans so this gives people advantages and disadvantages because of the characters they play.

No. It is because of it doesn't fit in the canon for Elites to be in Multiplayer. Like Halo 4 said War Games, what the Halo 4 Multiplayer is called, takes place on the UNSC ship Infinity which trains Spartan 4s. So, the Sangheili have no place on that ship so they aren't in Multiplayer.

halo 3 came out in september 25th 2007 , which is almost 5 years ago not 7.

The Elites in Halo 4 are Heretics not the covenant.

The Covenant aren't in Halo 4.

I have to defend the Sangheili here.

1). That is purely an opinion and I love playing as an Elite as do many of my friends.

2). Once again an opinion and I always play as Elites and so do many of my friends.

3). Really? I beg to differ. I see many players play as the cunning Sangheili, including myself, and Elites aren't dinosaurs. You must not play Halo much because when Bungie announced that in Reach Elites are only in certain gametypes there was a huge topic with a petition to change and that and it never happened. The same happened when 343i stated that Elites will most likely not be in MM in Halo 4 a topic was made with a petition to keep them in MM but sadly they didn't listen to us.

LMFAO I've been playing halo since it came out in 2001 and a petition? really? Either you made that up or it wasn't a big deal with sites like this because I've never read that nor have the 12 ppl I just asked that know a great deal about Halo but maybe their was an article idk
