To those saying you can record your own voice with just an HD PVR, you're wrong.

You need an HD PVR to record your friends and others voice chat.
You can do this by:
Preferences>Voice>Play through both

To record your own voice, you need Turtle Beache X12s (you can use other mics, but this is the best imo) and Audacity. You also need a coord to connect to your PC/Laptop.

Look online how to sync all these together and such.

Make sure you do some test runs. Because sometimes your TV volume will be to high and your x12s will record that too. Or you might be talking to loud.
