Yep!
Processes only free's up your memory temporarily with the memory that you phone has. Memory Enhancer not only frees up your memory but it adds virtual memory to your phone which reduces your Lag.

i had my iphone jailbroken... until it was to slow so i unjailbroke it..... so i dont see hwo this would work
