its just ur account dude, has nothing to do with the xbox, the reason ur being banned is either ur modding avatar, gamerscore, etc. or hosting 10th lobbies it allways happens to me.


jus my account had like 6 months of XBL and 1200 msp and ive hade that account sincei was like 12 (u)

Make a new account and i highly doubt you were really banned till 9999. But if you were i suggest phoning Microsoft.
