I have ran into a problem on my third run through and first master play through. I am at an intersection between delphine`s missions and horn of jurgen windcaller. Delphine tells me to talk to angir hes says but first mr.wulfgar will teach you the final word of unrelenting force and when i go or look or stand on the shout it will not let me learn it. Is there anyway to fix it because im level 36 with deadric weapons and dragonscale armor so i don`t want to have to scrap my character.
