Ok So Theres This Guy That Said He Mod Me And I Gave Him My Profile And No He Has ( I Know Im Retarded ) But Know He Wont Give It Back...

So I Need You Guys To Help Somehow My Acc He Took Is Medical Tools Somehow Can U Guys Get The Password From Him IDK How But I Need ALOT Of Help!

You cannot get it back, it is your fault for giving the information away. He is the new owner of the account. All you can do is call Xbox Support and hope that they cooperate.

The only thing you can do is reach Xbox support. Sorry also if you reach they you are at risk of a ban, due to you asking for mods.

if he has changed the details contact Microsoft and tell them you think it has been taken, They will launch a investigation and you will get an email in 2-6 weeks with a link to make a new password for the account, they will give you 2 months of xbl gold via codes. When this happened to me this is the email i got :

Call Microsoft or go online , it would have been smart if you signed up with a alternate email for this reason .
As long as he did not change the email on your Xbox account you can still get it back .
