Whoever chose 4.1 (Jelly Bean) must have like a beta of the Nexus 7 tablet cause thats the only device SHIPPING with Jelly Bean preloaded on there and as far as I know there is no Jelly Bean update out for any devices :/ maybe theres a troller among us??

Don't forget that Android is "Open Source" thus anyone with a knowledge of creating or installing roms can use it on any device that they can configure to work with it
