can some one provide me their aim and give one its thing u use in 360flashtool and i know ima newb

You need your own flash dump,.
Insert USB into jtag.
Then go to xex menu.
Next select flash360.xex
After that, press ~X~. If it doesn't start then press ~A~. <-- ~A~ is sometimes needed.

Your flashdmp.bin should be a copy of your own XBR image.
