got to xpgamesaves. com and download 360revolution and sign up
go to xbox 360 with usb configure it put profile and gamesave on it then go to computer
extract gamesave from horizon and make a backup and open up 360revolution go to gamesave modding go to minecraft get what you want save and go back to horizon delete savegame and inject the new one got back to xbox 360 move profile and gamesave to hardrive and start playing Enjoy
must have full inventory
