Im Pretty new to battlefield and i dont know alot about it.
But every time i try to look at my assignments , it wont even let me look at them. It wont even let me hover over the "ASSIGNMENTS" section.
Any help with this?

You only get the assignments if you have the DLC for that section of the assignment.

As Safire said, you have to have the DLC which that particular assignment belongs to.
