No I waited like 20 mins in easy and nothing spawned going to try soon on hard.

maybe its different spawns. Well eight now I'm building a slime farm in that area.

I tried the slime thing and i spent about 2 hours waiting for one to spawn , i even made the cave bigger but none spawned ..... and yes i know you cant be on peaceful.....
