what do you mean it wont let you download them? like it stops the download or once finished the file disappears?

you know that doesn't answer my question. does the download start or not? and if it starts does it finish then disappear? please read and answer question asked fully in order to get help, if not your on your own.

it start up then disappears it says on horizon has stopped working a problem caused the program to stop working correctly. windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available

try running the program in admin mode. do this by right clicking the .exe file and choosing run as admin. you will get a pop up saying do you want to or not, choose yes (duh). it should run. also if you running horizon on a guest or non admin account you may not be getting the proper permissions to run right. that would cause the error also. if that don't work then sorry but i don't know what else to do.
