The max level is 60 but you have to have Bloodbath Arena. (I'm taking it that you don't have the DLC.) "$50,000,000,000,000" I believe that is over the money limits on Dead Island. If you go over the limit then your money will go negative and the only way to fix it is to mod your Cash. Now for the Explosive Shotgun, it won't be instant kill on a Ram unless you shot it's back. If you still need the weapons, I'll be more than happy to give them to you. What level are you, that way I can estimate what to set the level of the weapons for you when you pick up the Cash. Or we could do this a different way, PM me for the details of this deal.
