Looks like GTA IV mods but am not sure

nope, GTA IV with enb, texture mods, car mods, etc. And a little map mod or whatever its called, looks like San Andreas mod for GTA IV

Nah,it is not San Andreas,i played hundreds of hours with that and there are no such landscapes in that.It is certainly not GTA 5,GTA never used licensed cars and you can clearly see a Toyota Supra,etc.

No,they always use fake contructors in every GTA game,check the trailer breakdown,that car has an Ubermacht logo in it,which is a car company in GTA 4 and GTA 5
