naturistenx told you the only known solution. Download the linux version, if it won't let you have permission to run that version then find the folder for the Windows version of Epicbot and simply copy and paste the Linux's .Jar file in to Windows version's folder. It will say 'this file already exists' click copy and replace.

It should then be updated to the latest version.
this is what im getting from it :

I'm assuming you're on at least Vista or Win7 from that box.
Firstly, did you install it from Epicbot's website?
Secondly, have you tried removing the programme through 'uninstall a programme' in the control panel and then downloading it again? It could just be that it didn;t install properly.

And are you getting that message when you run the Windows .Jar file or the Linux .Jar?
its Windows 7, and i downloaded it from Epicbot's website, it is still giving me the error, even when i uninstalled the windows program

Which .Jar file are you trying to open? Windows or Linux?

Try going back and ignoring my first suggestion. Have the original windows files in a folder and then paste the Linux .Jar WITHOUT replacing the Windows .Jar. so basicly you should have 2 'Executable Jar Files' in the Epicbot folder.

This is what my Epicbot folder looks like after doing this, yours should be the same if you followed that:

If it still dosn't work run the programme as administrator. If it still dosn't work then I'm afraid I'm out of suggestions

I just notice actually, in your very first picture it's connected you to Loft2. It shouldn't that's the back up server I think. Register to Epicbot's forum and then click the gold key like icon on your Epicbot client and log in with your forum details. That will hopefully give you a client ID and connect you to Loft1, you won't get timed out from Loft1 like you do in Loft2.

If it dosn't work then I'm really out of ideas Perhaps reset your internet. Never know, could be something that simple.
