Go to walmart and get a prepaid credit card. Once it is set up you can login to walmartmoneycard.com. If you go to "Online Bank Transfer" and click on "Standard Transfer", it will give you a Routing Number, and an AHC Number, that you can add to PayPal as a bank. Your account will then be verified. I'm 15 with a verified account
