its either 3 things:
1. A bad burn
2. Bad files
3. or when you burned the disc you got a scratch on the iso when you were burning it

So i suggest you:
1. Burn a new one and try the whole process over again
2. Burn a new disc with new files
3. just try to re install the iso again and see if it works

P.S.
When you burn an iso try not at all to get the tiniest scratch on it cause that will make it not work
