Please can everyone just chill the **** out this is probably gonna answer all your question! I don't know how much money is on my hacked account so I will be paying the 4 mil off my main when it works because I'm not giving away cash for just suggestion so that gets the money out the way!

2 it wasn't my fault I got hacked as I hadn't played runescape for a while I got back into the game and remembered I had that account tried to get on it and couldnt and plus I don't run round spamming my details and I don't download stuff to do with runescape like bits or anything so that's that one!

3 the old way of recovering account by filling out the survey type thing and now it's just type in email used for account and they send you a link to change password! That's that one

4 this isn't against the rules the tech game forums are for offering help and discussion points for people all over the world who play the games selected in the forums!
