a 14 year old girl already owns to house with the help of her mother of course and she puts them up for rent

That doesn't make her the youngest realtor.

I highly doubt she has any experience in that field, and I can bet that her mother is doing most of the work.

She's too young to have a job.

To be a realtor you have to go through 5+ years of college educational programs. I highly doubt a 14 year old girl has done that.

So she started college at seven years old? She must be brilliant it takes a good 4-5 years in college to become a Real Estate Agent.

. Well first you don't have to go to college to be a realtor my mom is one but she went to college.. Second just because you own a house and put a house up for rent doesn't mean that girl is a realtor
