On the newest update for the Xbox dashboard, did they make it so u can't transfer content from one account to another? Like a gamesave? Because when I try to transfer content it says like " can't transfer this content to another profile" or something like that. If u know what's happening or if Microsoft made this to prevent modded game saves moving or what, answer down below pls. Thanks!

You never could do that
what you can do is take the concent and change the ID and eveything on horizon
