I think is Mason because it looks like him. Plus, I think he is the only one who knows Woods well.

No, Mason's son is going to be the present(for the game) and there will be flashbacks of Mason and Woods. If anything, the son would be but I have no clue. But I am sort of confused since the picture you are showing us has no relevance to the possibility that either of the Masons could be villans
