I had an old account for TTG that i used frequently but forgot the password and i thought oh i can do password recovery...but of course i don't get a conformation email to change my password i have done password recovery numerous times without an email to change it... I have asked and asked for help but no response if you ask me that's pretty shitty service...I know admins and mods probably have a lot to do for the site but they cant take 1 minute out of their precious time to help someone..a lot of you are probably thinking it was my fault in the beginning to forget my password but that's not the point password recovery is their for a reason and when it doesn't work then why is it even their in the first place. Go ahead and close this post im just putting my thoughts and criticism towards a service that should work when this type of problem arises.
