It doesn't let you buy the exactly price form your credit card, you'll have to buy the (about $5 or $10) Microsoft points to get any DLC, but you can buy the (full version)Demand games or some few stuff that you can buy it without/with Microsoft points.

It's really depends what you're buying it. Microsoft points is a required for DLC.

I think Microsoft needs to change this because it's pointless and wasted of time.

Reason no one complains is because there are plenty of things you can spend MSP on after if you have any leftover, and MSP is better due to the conversion between international currencies.

The reason they don't do this is because people would make copyrighted skins leading to lawyers getting involved. According to them atleast

So explain why it is possible on PC? Its the same thing... Either way people are going to find a way to extract the skins and edit them to their liking LOL

Thats what I meant sorry. And its different because PC made by Mojang. Xbox made by 4JStudios.

If you don't have the money to buy them there will be a trial version to use some skins but not all of them. TBH the skins don't even look good so there's no point in buying them if you don't have MS points to waste.
