Greetings,
The email address associated with your XBOX 360 account and all EA personas associated with it (including personas/accounts used for multiplayer games), has had its FIFA 12 Online Access disabled in our account system. This action was taken due the violation of our Terms of Service committed with the personas associated with this email address. Furthermore, the account has been passed on to Microsoft as this is also a violation of their Terms of Service for further action. The violation leading to this action is:
VIRTUAL PRO CHEATING Use of a hacked save file in order to gain an unfair advantage by maxing out attributes of your FIFA 12 Virtual Pro.
As the decision in this matter is final, please know that it is possible that no further correspondence regarding this account will be acknowledged. This action was deemed necessary due to the nature of the offense on the accounts. We regret having to take this step, but it is entirely necessary on behalf of protecting the Electronic Arts community.
We respectfully ask that you please do not phone or email Electronic Arts regarding this matter from this point forward. We also ask that you understand and respect all statutes within the Terms of Service, as they still contractually apply to you as per the original agreement.
You can reference the Terms of Service at any time via the link at the bottom of every EA.com page or through the following direct URL: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Thank you for your attention.

If you can't be bothered to read it, they've basically told me that I have been banned from using EA's online features for hacking my virtual pro's attributes which is a violation of EA's terms of use. They've also said that my banned account "has been passed on to Microsoft as this is also a violation of their Terms of Service for further action," so I can probably expect an Xbox LIVE ban/suspension in the next couple of days too.
This is very annoying seeing as I had an Ultimate Team that was worth 400,000-450,000 coins, but it was my own fault for modding my Virtual Pro. I will probably be using my second account as my first account from now on as I won't be able to play FIFA 12 on my first account any longer. This is also annoying as I will have to buy an online pass in order to play the game again.
If you want to carry on playing FIFA, don't hack your pro.

Me too, looks like we were both wrong. I'm just praying that my console doesent get banned because I haven't got that much money at the moment to go out and spend 200 pounds on a replacement xbox.

I tried it an hour or so ago, it asked me for my security question which is "What city was your mother born in?" which is Nottingham, so I typed Nottingham and it wouldn't accept it. I tried "nottingham" "Nottingham" and "NOTTINGHAM." The account is now locked apparently because of too many failed attempts..

Yeah, I've been banned from using the online services on every EA game. The Virtual Pro rating was 99, but with the 127 stats. I did it myself with Horizon as I have a diamond account registered with them, purely to use the locked mod tools that non-diamond users don't have access to.

I was thinking about doing that before I got banned. Ultimate Team, well FIFA 12 in general is getting quite boring and I don't really play it much now, so I thought I'd get myself 30-40 pounds by selling my coins. Now I am banned though, this has became difficult as it will be hard to gain access to Ultimate Team.
