Basically i have added two 48hour trials to my account but both times it says its redeemed and ready to use but its not and when i go onto my membership both of the 48hour trials are blacked out so i cant click on them!
Please can someone help!?

Yeah I had this happen to me a few times, you should be still able to join parties and play online.
