Clear your system cache and go onto minecraft and it should update


CLEAR SYS CACHE TUT:
Go to:
System Settings > Storage > Highlight Hard Drive (Or whatever storage device MC is on) > Press "Y" > Clear System Cache (Clears Updates) > Run Minecraft : XBLA > Update >

This works.

Go to System Settings>Storage> Hover over your hard drive> Press Y> Clear System Cache
