Recently my jtag has been down for a long time and I have tried flashing the orig NAND but now that's not even doing anything, I do have loose wires I think though, can anyone help ? I think it says free60 when it starts up but never reads my USB

free60 is not xell and doesn't support flashing of your nand unfortunately. I had the same exact problem a little while ago with my old xenon. You'll have to solder up a usb/lpt device to write your nand that way, its the only way.
And the xmas lights is caused by a bad nand flash.
