I bought this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and it came with a stock heatsink & fan, so I'm wondering if the thermal paste is already preapplied or not and do all stock fans have it preapplied too?

Most come pre-applied but just look for some grey stuff on the processor or heat sink

I know for a fact that it is pre-applied on the stock heatsink considering I oversaw the building of five systems using the 3870K. Every stock cooler I've heard of has pre-applied paste.
